CLBS offers a variety of repair and maintenance services combined with a comprehensive array of parts supply and inventory to keep your operations running smoothly

Hose Testing

We are equipped to test a variety of medium and high pressure hoses, including pencil lines, rubber waterblast hose, pressure washer hose, and thermoplastic hoses up to 60,000 psi.

Custom Water Jets

We are able to custom drill a diverse range of jets for almost any pressure and flow. We can customize jets based on your application, including jets for rinsing, unplugging lines, and cutting/cleaning. We are able to supply jets in 1/16" - 1/2" in NPT, 1/4" - 9/16" in MP.

Consulting

We are available to consult on various industrial waterblasting jobs, including pressurized systems and manifolds, vessel and tank cleaning, line and pipe cleaning, hydro-demolition, coating removal, screen cleaning, paint removal, and connection systems.

Pump Repair

With our history in the industry, we are able to offer our significant expertise and experience to get your pump fully operational and back in the field.

Parts Supply

We have been in business for over 40 years, and we are able to offer parts supply on both early and late model tools, pumps, connections and accessories. We are able to supply or source almost any part to meet your waterblasting needs

Service Calls

We are available to make service calls anywhere within Southwestern Ontario. We can complete almost any maintenance or repair work on-site and can advise on various system and equipment improvements, as well as recommended practices for your jobs.

Tool Servicing

We supply, repair, and maintain a comprehensive selection of waterblasting tooling, including rotary tools, blasting guns, foot controls, unloaders, Bypass valves, PRV's, and all associated tooling for any waterblasting application

High Pressure Testing

We are equipped with hydro-static pressure testing units, capable of reaching pressures up to 60,000 psi. Our gauges are certified annually, and we are able to accommodate various testing with in-house testing certificates.

Training

We offer training for both operators and mechanics on a wide range of units, equipment, and pumps. We can create specialized training to suit your company, including specific tool, application, and location training to optimize your workforce for best performance and safe practices.
